I am Lynese Andrews. I am a second year Psychology and Sociology Major at UC Davis. However, I am from Long Beach, California but Belizean born. I began writing poetry because I realized how therapeutic it can be and that I may even be able to relate to someone else enduring similar circumstances. I was raised in two different cultures which made it easier to understand and enjoy different or new experiences. I am a performer, student, writer, daughter, influencer, and learner.
